Payments for Services

At the Laser Center for Pediatric Frenectomies, we are not currently accepting any form of health care insurance coverage.

Payment is due at the time of treatment.

We are able to provide you with the necessary forms and treatment codes so that you may submit your own claim to your health insurance provider.
